As a RISE parent/caregiver, you will receive detailed rehearsal summaries after every session — sharing what we worked on, what your actor is developing, and how you can support them between rehearsals. We believe parents/caregivers are partners, not spectators, and we will give you and your actor everything you need to show up fully for each production.

RISE actors are not just performers. They are stewards of the production from first rehearsal to final curtain. Every actor participates in set transitions and pre- and post-show care. Theater is a collective art form and we treat it that way. We rise together.

RISE was founded by a credentialed artist-educator and an executive coach. That combination is not an accident. We are as committed to the social-emotional development of our actors as we are to the quality of the performance. Our students will leave each production not just as stronger performers but with greater self-awareness, collaboration skills, and confidence that will serve them well beyond the stage.

RISE is not an enrollment based program. Whether your actor does every show or drops in for a masterclass, workshop or camp, your family is a part of our collective. We are invested in your actor's growth as a performer and as a person, and we are here to support that journey however it unfolds.

We don't have an adult theater company — but we do have a place for adults. RISE creates meaningful volunteer opportunities for the adults in our orbit, because we know that the magic of bringing a production to life is not just for the kids on stage.
